Sound distinct.Stay strategic.Grow clearer.
Marketing direction built around your voice, your audience, and your real business priorities.
Purple Mango builds the direction, then connects the work underneath it.
If the positioning or messaging is unclear, start with strategic foundations. If the direction is already settled, the three fractional partnerships differ by how much of the execution we carry. Read the one that sounds like your situation.
All fractional execution begins with strategic onboarding. Depending on the organization’s current foundation, that may include a dedicated clarity or planning phase before ongoing work starts.

What changes when the thinking is settled.
Before Purple Mango, I was posting constantly and getting nowhere. Now I have a system. I know exactly what to create, why, and when. My audience actually responds. That’s the FRUIT Method in action.Stephanie G. Service Provider, Boston, MA
Working with Denise gave me something I didn’t know I was missing: a framework for thinking. I don’t just create content anymore. I architect it. That shift alone changed how I show up in my business.Natalie H. Founder, Strategy Consulting
Questions worth answering before you ask.
Most agencies lead with execution volume. We lead with research and strategy. Before anything gets made, we run it through the FRUIT Method to decide whether it deserves the investment at all. The frameworks are proprietary, the process is documented, and the focus is marketing that holds up beyond one campaign.
If the messaging feels unclear or you have outgrown the original positioning, start with the Brand Clarity Session. If the direction is set and you need a campaign system around it, the Root to Fruit Campaign Build is next. From there, the three fractional partnerships differ by how much execution we carry: Fractional Strategy is direction without full-channel execution, Fractional Social Media adds ongoing social execution, and the Fractional Marketing Department coordinates strategy and execution across several channels. When in doubt, book a strategy call and we will help you place yourself.
Strategy comes first, and it does not stop there. We build the positioning, messaging frameworks and campaign architecture, then execute selected parts of the system when the engagement calls for it.
We also run the work. Fractional Social Media covers social strategy plus ongoing execution, and the Fractional Marketing Department operates as an integrated external marketing function across channels. All fractional execution begins with strategic onboarding, which may include a dedicated clarity or planning phase depending on the foundation already in place.
It runs about two to three weeks: a deep-dive strategy session, an asynchronous research and development phase, then a delivery and review session. You finish with a documented brand strategy you can put to work right away. Timing shifts with your availability and how much ground the current brand covers.
Readiness matters more than company age. We work best with leaders who are ready to document the thinking, align a team around it, and build marketing that outlasts a single campaign. That includes founders and service-based businesses, growing organizations, and institutions running programs and community work.
That is what the strategy call is for. Bring what you are working on and who you are trying to reach, and we will tell you where the real gap sits and what to prioritize first. You get a useful conversation whether or not we end up working together.
Your marketing deserves a system.
If the work is real but the direction is scattered, we should start with clarity.
Grow on purpose.
