A trusted center serving the community for nearly 10 years, with no digital presence. Growth required brand awareness and community connection online for the first time.

Approach

We led with strategy, then built the system to sustain it: social media strategy and management across channels, an email program to deepen community connection, and original video content for Reels and live sessions. We also delivered media and PR training, so a team new to public visibility could step into it with a clear, cohesive brand story.
